Neurodiversity-Affirming
Health & Wellbeing Coaching
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership. It’s not about giving advice, but about supporting you to take sustainable action that supports your wellbeing. We begin by compassionately exploring where things are at now, then work together to bridge the gap between knowing what changes could be beneficial and actually making them part of your daily life.
My approach
I specialise in working with ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic, gifted, and highly sensitive adults, but you don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from neurodiversity-affirming coaching. This means we focus on working with your unique brain, not against it. There's no one-size-fits-all, so together we'll explore strategies and ways forward that align with your own strengths and values.
How can coaching support you?
Neurodiversity-affirming coaching can support you in:
Understanding your brain and nervous system with compassion and curiosity
Making manageable and sustainable changes in nutrition and movement
Navigating relationships and communicating more effectively
Improving sleep quality and building better rest habits
Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Creating systems for motivation, focus, and organisation that work for you
Managing energy levels and preventing or recovering from burnout
My scope of practice: I don’t diagnose, prescribe medication, or advise on treatment plans. I can, however, support you in navigating conversations with your healthcare provider. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in supporting lifestyle changes that enhance wellbeing, rather than providing therapy.
