Neurodiversity-Affirming
Health Coaching

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on translating knowledge into action. As your health coach, I help bridge the gap between knowing what supports your wellbeing and actually implementing sustainable changes in your daily life.

You are the expert on you. My role is to support you in discovering what works for your unique circumstances, then help you create practical strategies to achieve your wellbeing goals. Health coaching is future-focused - while we acknowledge your experiences, our work centres on what's possible going forward.

My approach

I specialise in coaching ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic, gifted, and highly sensitive adults, but you don't need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. NeuroCurious Coaching is for anyone seeking personalised strategies and compassionate support.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming. There's no one-size-fits-all, so we'll explore strategies that work with your own strengths and challenges and find approaches that suit you.

How can coaching support you?

Health coaching can support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes around:

  • Understanding your brain and nervous system with compassion and curiosity

  • Making manageable and sustainable changes in nutrition and movement

  • Navigating relationships and communicating more effectively

  • Improving sleep quality and building better rest habits

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

  • Creating systems for motivation, focus, and organisation that work for you

  • Managing energy levels and preventing or recovering from burnout

My scope of practice: I do not diagnose, prescribe medication, or advise on changes to treatment plans. However, I can offer support and guidance on how to navigate these conversations with your healthcare provider if needed. My focus is on lifestyle factors that support wellbeing rather than addressing mental health conditions or past trauma.
