Employer-Funded Coaching

Workplace coaching for neurodivergent adults

People experience and process the world in diverse ways. Within any workplace, there'll be employees that may identify as neurodivergent — such as ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, or highly sensitive — or simply have needs that differ from the assumed norms. Everyone wants to contribute meaningfully and bring their strengths to work. Personalised coaching support can help make this possible.

This page is for both neurodivergent employees and the organisations supporting them.

Neurodiversity-affirming coaching provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore challenges with curiosity. Together, we develop strategies that support wellbeing and work life. Coaching is not a fix for systemic or cultural issues, nor a replacement for inclusive policies. It works best alongside organisational flexibility and understanding.

How coaching can support neurodivergent employees

Workplace coaching can provide:

  • Space to reflect with compassion and curiosity

  • Support in understanding their own brain, body, and needs

  • Strategies for focus, energy management, organisation, and communication

  • Tools for setting boundaries, resting well, and recovering from burnout

  • Guidance for workplace conversations and advocating for support

What coaching is not

  • Therapy (though it is trauma-informed)

  • Performance management or “fixing” anyone

  • A substitute for systemic change
